Redesign tools of daily use with the purpose that the user will be able to learn to use them safely and thus, promote the development of autonomy.
Design Proposal
The kitchen is an area that kids and young people with ASD usually don't use due to the risk it could imply. Nonetheless, parents consider it important for the development of autonomy. So, it was decided to work in this area by redesigning basic kitchen tools: knife, cutting board, food holder and oven.
